Thanks for joining me. Here is
little bit about myself and weight loss.
I was, as most of you where, an athletic kid. But as I
got older and the focus of my life changed from waking up and
getting involved with whatever pick up game was happening, to waking up
and jumping into the daily grind of adult life.
Of course that
lead to life of
deadlines and schedules and what went along with that. This
was the eat-while-you-can and eat-what-is-fast dinning habits of our
culture today. Throw in
a few happy hours at the local bar and that there is a recipe for
having to buy a bigger and bigger wardrobe every six months.
Obviously not conducive to weight
loss.
I was done with it. I was always tried, didn't like
the way I looked in the mirror and was uncomfortable in my
cloths.
I wanted to change, but everything I did to obtain my
weight loss goals, every program or “myth” I tried just made me get
bigger! but I didn't have the time to become a health nut.
So, I set on a quest to find the
truth and the most effective methods for changing the way I looked
and felt about my self. What I found is
astonishing!

WEIGHT LOSS ISSUES, SOLVED:
So
what did I do?
I
am no stranger to the gym. I was one hell of an athlete as a
teenager and into my twenties. As I got older, it seems that no
matter what I tried I couldn’t drop that uncomfortable load of
weight I was carrying around.
My
cloths didn’t fit right, my confidence was down and I would loose my
breath just bending over to tie my shoes. I
had a lot of great cloths that I would “someday” fit back into.
Meanwhile I would just wear
my fat cloths that made me look even fatter.
All
my knowledge on training and nutrition wasn’t working the way it did
when I was younger.
I started searching for more
information and I came across TONS of “loose weight, get thin”,
“diet this plan, diet that plan”, “eat this, don’t eat that” sites
and info that seemed to tell me more of what I already knew, was
just common sense or just plain crap that didn’t make any sense at
all.
This
is my health and your health we are talking about, not to be toyed
with.
I
then discovered the one e-book that explained what I was missing.
And let me tell ya’ It had nothing to do with what I was or wasn’t
eating. And it’s about our medical industry as a whole. Very
shocking! After years of frustration with my weight issues, I found
these missing pieces of the puzzle. And it’s not hard to
do!
